There's also a lot of stuff here that's not on site, but somewhere else. Linked, you might say. The owner / contributor / maintainer of such a file is in [brackets].

For those familiar with this Archive, you might see that it now has been splitted into a set of subsets (well, whatchamacallits, you know other pages), since just one single page became a bit bulky... (file a complaint)
