Can you write for the web? Do you have a passion for freakdom? Would you work for karma?
*nados is looking for a few good freaks to help me out with news and content editing. I really love my site, but i don't have time enough to keep it current. Let's join our forces.
You have to have an understanding for writing for the web. If you don't have it yet, read these texts by Jakob Nielsen (or use this search page on the Nielsen Norman group pages.
You have to have a burning passion for Marillion, Fish and the surrounding freakdom. A few years of experience in the field ain't bad.
You should spend some time at the web, read the Freaks mailing list (this is a must!) and other sources. You should know what interests yourself and your readers.
You should have an email address, preferably a computer.
You have to have a fluent, understandable written language. That's about it.
You don't need to know html. You don't need your own website. You don't need a degree in writing.
You should not be blatantly partial to either the Fish camp or the Marillion camp, at least not in your writing. Opinions are good (em you should have one :) but seeing your fellow freaks as enemies is not.
More fame than fortune. Nados is, and has always been, a loose disorganization, by the freaks and for the freaks. No money is involved.
Your karma, however, is sure to rise. People will respect you for what you are and quite possible testament their children to you (well, maybe).
